Much needed weekend away with the girls & this place was perfect! Excellent layout, great for socializing & the attention to detail was superb, from make-up wipes to handmade caramels & bottle of wine. The color scheme & decor made the house feel so warm & welcoming! The hot tub was literally the cherry on top! THANK YOU & hoping to be back during the summer ;-)

We had a wonderful time celebrating my brother's engagement and catching up with old friends! It was super peaceful but also had plenty of room to host a party and have a good time. We would 100% come back. My only warning to those coming here is to bring throw blankets if you are used to always having some.

Host was a good communicator. Check in and residence access was easy. Home was clean and the aesthetic/vibe was cool. Good space for a lot of guests!

This was a great place for our family coming together for graduation event. The place was nicely located. Its surround was quiet and peaceful. Bambi is a great host and very proactive with all communications. We would love to stay here again.

I cannot say enough about how clean the house was. Wonderful space for everyone. Kitchen table was large enough for my group to play games at and the basement space was large enough for everyone too! If we are back in the area we would stay here again!

We had an amazing and pleasant stay here, the place is beautiful, serene and breath taking. Brandon was super helpful and communicative. The house is well maintained and has all the amenities described. If you love nature, this is the place to be. The view to the pond is magnificent and I really enjoyed watching the sunset while enjoying a good conversation around the fire pit. Overall it was wonderful, affordable and will definitely recommend it to our family and friends!! Just a couple things to know: 1. The playground is across the path from the house and kind of out of sight, so if you were expecting to be in the hot-tub or pool while directly keeping an eye on the little ones, thats going to be impossible. 2. The Hot tub does not have a direct pond view because the pool is in front of it.

David's cottage in South Bend was just what I needed. Cute, cozy, close to ND/Eddy St Commons. Very responsive and communicative host; had an issue with the heater and he sent someone over within 30 minutes. Would visit again!

Tonya was an exceptional host, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. She was incredibly helpful, promptly attending to any requests I had, whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with the amenities in the apartment. The space itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, from kitchen supplies to cozy linens. Her attention to detail truly made a difference in my experience.

Fantastic location! Very walkable to Trader Joe’s, tons of restaurants and Notre Dame campus. The house was adorable - clean, comfortable & had everything we needed.

Loved our stay at Peter and Sarah's home. It was perfect for our "Girls Weekend." Very welcoming and cozy, with comfy furniture and two beautiful heat producing fireplaces. The kitchen had every utensil and cookware we needed to prepare our food. Having a two car garage was a plus. I would definitely recommend this house for a Girls Weekend or a get away for Couples. Sarah and Peter were very accommodating, and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions or requests. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at the Bourbon House. Michelle was an amazing host who responded extremely fast and answered every question. The place was beautiful and the location to Journeyman’s Distillery was excellent.

The house was so beautiful. Loved the decor and furniture. It was exactly what we wanted. Relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub at night especially with the cold weather. The hot tub was so easy to use! The only complaints were that the bunk bed room was too cold at night and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The front bathroom didn’t have cold water. Other than that we loved the other two beds. They were incredibly comfortable! Would rent from juniper again!

Overall great place to stay for a ND football weekend: easy walk to campus or a 5 min drive. Enough places for a large group to sleep. Price is steep but location and timing of trip plays a part in that. Had a great time here and would visit again

We were a group of 4 adult men in town for Notre Dame football game. Just a quick one night stay. The house was just as described. Super clean and convenient for going to Notre Dame stadium. We were able to pop up an air mattress to make a fourth bed. It was very clean and comfortable and homey. I would stay there again.

After a really long road trip, I was having a hard time seeing the arrival instructions. Brooke reponded quickly and was understanding. I was able to get settle in quickly to catch up on my sleep! Thanks again for the stay!

House was beautiful and perfect for our girlfriend's weekend! Everything the listing says it was! Thanks to the owners for fast responses too! Great stay!
