The apartment has a south facing private garden, ideal for an evening barbecue or quiet drink . Local shops and pubs are close by, offering a variety of good food. Country walks are picturesque. Beautiful beaches and local golf courses are also near. The property comprises double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower, and an open plan living/kitchen/dining room with a double sofa bed.

The Barn

The village has three excellent pubs plus a cafe which sells fresh bread and croissant. A supermarket, post office and chemist all within walking distance. The South Hams are probably the best place to live in Devon with fantastic beaches and local towns. Dartmoor is spectacular and 20 minutes drive away. The area has many activities to participate in such as walking the coastal path, cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing and much more. Plymouth and Exeter are all a short drive away.
