Good base for Zip World, Tree Tops adventure at Betws y Coed being 4 miles from our farm with coasts of Llandudno, Conwy and RSBP bird centre approx 20 miles from farm. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Sunday School - Converted Chapel Vestry

The building was once a chapel vestry. Now a self-contained, large mezzanine guest suite. We are situated in the village of Beddgelert, close to Mount Snowdon. Our place is perfect for couples, small groups or families. We have one large living space with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, kitchen counter with amenities and dining area. Through the large windows you will have an excellent view of the top of Moel Hebog. Above this is a balcony with a double bed and a bathroom.

Llain Bach guest room is situated within our own garden in the village of Bethesda on the edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and within close proximity to the A55 expressway. Our guest suite is ideally situated for those who wish to explore North Wales’ beautiful and picturesque mountains and coastal areas as well as experience adrenalin busting adventures such as the zip line, quarry karts and quarry flyer at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry in Bethesda, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views.
