My completely renovated 24-square-meter guest suite, besides having its private entrance, is fully equipped. Ideal for couples, business travelers, and holidaymakers looking to explore the area. Zoetermeer is centrally located, and within a 5-minute walk, you can catch a train that will take you to Den Haag (15 km) in just 25 minutes. Cities like Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Leiden, Gouda, Delft, and Leidschendam (Mall of The Netherlands) are also within 30 to 60 minutes travel and are worth visiting.

Gastenverblijf Nobel is centraal gelegen, smaakvol ingericht en beschikt over een 2 persoonsbed, badkamer en keuken. Vanuit bed kun je tv kijken, welke uitgerust is met chromecast. Je kunt gratis parkeren in de straat en ligt op 1 minuut loopafstand van de supermarkt Lidl waar je lekkere broodjes/boodschappen kunt halen. Het centrum van Pijnacker is op 15 min loopafstand. Hier bevindt zich de metro Lijn E, naar Den Haag, Rotterdam en de bus naar Delft, Zoetermeer.

You’ll have your own private parking space right in front of the apartment, including an EV charging station.

Prachtig appartement op de tweede verdieping (zolderverdieping) van een monumentaal grachtenpand in het centrum van Delft, rustig gelegen tegenover de rondvaart boten. Het centraal station is op vijf minuten loopafstand, winkels en heerlijke restaurants zijn op een steenworp afstand. De zolderverdieping is compleet en smaakvol luxueus ingericht, een keuken, douche, toilet. Het pittoreske grachtenpand heeft geen lift, helaas niet rolstoel toegankelijk.

Location In the middle of the historical city centre of Delft, just around the corner of the ‘Beestenmarkt’ (known for its lively cafes) you can find our monumental house. The charming and spacious apartment is situated on the second floor of the house. If you have any questions or if you need advice during your stay, we live on the ground floor and are always happy to help!

Come and stay at our cosy *tiny house* in our beautiful city of Nootdorp / The Hague. From our Town house you are in the city centre of the hague in 10 minutes by tram/train or car.. The train/tram station is very close by and 2 bicycles are included. Even Delft / The beach Scheveningen/ Leiden or The mall of The Netherlands are easy to get to..
