A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

Καλώς ήρθατε στο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο εξοχικό κατάλυμα με ιδιωτική αυλή και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή! Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία της Νικήτης πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ και 5' με τα πόδια από το κοντινότερο beach bar. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβατια (γίνονται και διπλο κατόπιν συνεννόησης) , 1 σαλοκουζίνα με άνετο τραπέζι για φαγητό και 1 μπάνιο καθώς και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου και καναπέ.

It is fully furnished and has a modern design where natural materials such as stone and wood are mostly used giving the interior a warm, intimate feel. The villa is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to six people in one double bed, two single beds and on the sofa bed in the living room.
