Cornish Village 3 bedroom family house old Newlyn

Trevorrows loft is a bright and contemporary space hidden in the heart of the traditional old part of Newlyn, between Mousehole and Penzance. A moment's walk from the tolcarne gastro pub, the famous art gallery, and right on top of Newlyn green beach, leading to Penzance promenade. It's a traffic free location, although pre paid space in car park 50 yards away. The art is by local painter Ricky Chaplain, and the sun streams into the house in the mornings. The master bedroom is an en suite loft and has a beautifully open feel.

Epic sea views, quiet area in Newlyn with parking!

My house is a 3 bed (but 1 room locked for storage) it has 2 king-size bedrooms & boasts epic sea views of St. Michaels Mount, Newlyn harbour & the nearby countryside. It has parking for one car, a must in Newlyn! No through traffic, a large decking & a peaceful enclosed garden to relax in. A great location to explore the great outdoors, with Penzance, St.Michaels Mount, St.Ives, Mousehole, The Minack Theatre and Land's End, all within 8 miles! Plus it's <180 yards to Newlyn School of Art.

Fisherman’s cottage, sea views, balcony, parking

Recently renovated to a very high standard, this delightful Fisherman’s cottage is situated in a conservation area between Penzance and Mousehole. Sit on the balcony & admire Mount’s Bay, lay in bed & watch the boats going to & fro, the view is mesmerising and you won’t want to leave. The cottage is light, spacious and airy, tastefully decorated and above all cosy and very comfortable, ideal for 2 guests. Bus stop and fine restaurants & pubs near by.
