Ebenezer House

This great property is centred in the seaside town and is the largest of the two cottages that we host. Free parking on the doorstep. 30 second walk to stunning curved beach, promenade, off shore sculpture and links golf course. Walking distance to local amenities and church point where dolphins are sighted. From here you can explore the rest of this heritage coastline. Newcastle’s city centre is less than 30 mins drive. Alnwick castle(filming location for Harry Potter)is a 45 min drive in land.

Longshore Drift

Longshore Drift is an ideal retreat for couples or a small family. Only 200 yards from the sandy beach. This is a friendly little seaside village with excellent bakeries, supermarkets, fish & chip shops, pubs, restaurants. Nearby there is a golf course. Home provides open plan living with beautiful log burner and smart tv with a fully equipped kitchen. 1st floor there is a king size bed to large bedroom and 2 single beds to the smaller rooms. Seahorse Cottage - Newbiggin by the Sea

Seahorse Cottage is a luxury cottage in the heart of Newbiggin by the Sea’s high street and conservation area, just 100 metres from the picturesque beach and promenade. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Surrounded by cafes and a few restaurants. We have a working stables behind us with some beautiful horses. The Cottage is furnished throughout to a high standard having been fully renovated by the current owners in 2023 and has a lovely deck area at the rear.

Panoramic sea views, dolphins and seals!

This 2018 static is located in Newbiggin-by-Sea. Situated on the front, it has panoramic, uninterrupted sea views - ideal for both nature loving enthusiasts and for those who like to simply sit and relax. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Bayview Retreat

Perfect spot to recharge, connect with nature, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Central heating, double glazing, a perfect home away from home. Caravan is on cliff above beach and rocks giving interesting ever changing views. Wake to birdsong, sunrise, spend the day watching in the hope of spotting dolphins and the evening winding down to the sounds of the sea and colours of the sunset. Newbiggin-by-the-Sea golf club next door, sheltered bay with prom, maritime centre and cafes very close by.

Beautiful static, sea view, dolphins and seals

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. Sit with a glass of wine on the balcony, enjoy the view, watch seals and wait for the dolphins to swim by. Relaxation at its best!!

Seas The Day: a beautiful refurbished 3 bed house

Seas The Day is an 80 (ish) year old home, that housed fishing families from Newbiggin-By-The-Sea for decades. This spacious property has been refurbished throughout and is fully equipped. It is situated on a quiet residential street and a short walk from the main street (Front Street), the promenade, beaches, and the sea. Close by is the Co-Op, a butcher, a fruit and veg store, a fish and chip shop, and numerous eateries and pubs. This home is not set up for children. Pets are welcome.

Summer Breeze Deluxe with Sea view

Summer Breeze Deluxe static caravan is situated at Church Point in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. We have a beautiful view of the sea where you can spot dolphins and seals. This is a quiet, peaceful and friendly small site which, whilst being 2 minutes from the beach, is also 5 minutes from the local shops, pubs and many restaurants in the town. With ample parking, WIFI, a smart TV, DVD, double glazing and central heating, this is a cosy space to sit and watch the sea and it's wildlife.

Sunrise Cottage, 2 minutes walk from the beach!

Sunrise Cottage is a modern and stylish 2 bedroom home. It can accomodate a family of 4 or 2 couples. There are 2 free parking bays available. There are 2 toilets and there is a washing machine. It is situated on the main road into the town. The stairs are steep and the bath/shower is deep so the property would not be recommended for anyone with mobility issues. No stagg or hen parties, no smoking and no pets.
