Welcome to the Mustard Seed. We believe that big memories can be made with humble beginnings. We invite you to come experience country-style living in East Tennessee. We are located in Jefferson City, TN about 25 minutes away from the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Heading west we are only 30 minutes from Knoxville. Our cozy tiny home has all of the basic necessities you will need during your visit such as full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed, kitchen sink, tv and Wi-Fi.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful cabin near the foot of House Mountain. Conveniently located just 18 miles from the square in downtown Knoxville, 40 miles from Dollywood, Gatlinburg and 50 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The private cabin sits on 30 acres of rolling hills and meadows with spectacular views of House Mountain and Clinch Mountain. Hike up beautiful House Mountain and look down on the cabin from the lookout rock at the top. You won’t want to leave!

Angel nest is 5 minutes to Dollywood and splash country. Very convenient location to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg And many restaurants and attractions. Nestled away in a very quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views . Angel nest sleeps 4 comfortably. iT has queen sofa bed and queen bed has a memory foam mattresses. This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift. You will be staying just off I-40 and minutes (20-40) from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge (Dolllywood), and Gatlinburg. We are less than a mile from Douglas Lake.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Mountain View Guest Cottage

Stay cozy in our Dandridge cottage—5 min from Douglas Lake launches and close to Cherokee Lake too! This updated 400 sq. ft. miner’s cabin has a queen bed, sofa sleeper, WiFi/Netflix, new bath, and kitchenette. Great for couples, families, and tournament fishermen with room to park your boat. Just 10 min from I-40 and 25–45 min to Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Clean, safe, affordable, and away from the crowd

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
