Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

Our cozy, cute 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large yard for summer fun and relaxation. You will be a short 6 block walk to beautiful Lake Michigan to view the magnificent sun sets. Harbor Country wineries, breweries, and distilleries are short drive away.We are 40 minutes from South Bend and Notre Dame Football. Come back and relax in the hot tub .Harbor Country has many orchards of apples and fall harvest vegetables. Enjoy the electric fireplace .

McComb's Cabin, Union Pier, MI

Giant trees welcome you down the drive back to the cabin in the woods. The cabin, along with my house and a small cottage reside on the 2 1/2 acre property. A contemporary cabin of steel and pine with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Open living space, inviting queen size bed, luxury rain shower, full kitchen but no stove. A wood burning fireplace- fall through end of March and outside fire pit. Public beach a 5 minute drive away. Kids accepted.
