Plymouth home with own entrance and private space

I am close to some beautiful parks and within walking distance to the Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars. I am a 5 minute drive away from Torpoint ferry so you can jump on to explore the beautiful sites of Cornwall and all the stunning beaches. My house is large and spacious beautifully decorated with a modern yet family feel. Guests will have their own entrance, bedroom and living room with toilet and shower room. Parking is outside or down the side street

Super refurbished flat - Plymouth Hoe

Fully modernised 2 bedroomed entire flat on the top floor of a Victorian house; accessed by 5 flights of stairs. Whilst we do accept pets, it is not suitable for young children under 12 years. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

Spacious, self-contained first floor apartment, with private entrance, in quiet area with many local facilities. Plymouth city centre is just over a mile away, whilst the sea is two miles. It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

We are near the City Centre & University. There is free street parking around the corner. THE FLAT HAS A LOT OF STEPS SO NOT SUITABLE FOR THE ELDERLY, PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY OR SIGHT ISSUES

Annex accommodation with independent entrance. Comfortable, cosy and airy light space. Newly refurbished in 2017. Suitable private accommodation for 1-2 persons only. Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.

Private Studio - seconds from the sea

Just seconds from the seafront and Plymouth West Hoe Pier, this first floor self contained studio sleeps 2 with a king size bed and en-suite. Private access is from the rear of the property up 16 steps (see photo) Within walking distance are the Tinside Lido, Plymouth Hoe, and a number of cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Barbican is also only 20 minutes walk. There is metered parking next to the property or a public carpark at the rear which is £6 per day.
