Designer Appartement at the new luxury residence. Very central location in a quiet save street, next to Spree river, all museums, Berlin Cathedral, Gendarmenmarkt and all historic sights. Berlin city wall from 13th Century and Kloster church are just next to the building, this is the oldest and the most historical part of Berlin. It's across from ministry of internal affairs (24hours police surveillance), Kloster Straße U-Bahn is outside of the building, Alexanderplatz train station 700m away.

Big+sunny+stylish 2bdr. Apt in the heart of Berlin

Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.

Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.
