Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

If you all want to go out and explore, you are within 5 min of the AMC theater, entertainment, dining, shopping, parks and downtown.

Nestled in a quiet hollow in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains, this two bedroom farmhouse is the perfect quiet get away. There is plenty to do within a 90 minute or less drive. We have worked hard to renovate this old farm house, doing our best to keep as much of the original work as possible. ** Please note there is no washer/dryer available.

The house features a gourmet kitchen, massive deck, sun porch, and dock.
