Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte). At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Ci troviamo nel sud delle Marche vicino a Fermo e Ascoli Piceno, tra gli ulivi e la vigna biologica del Casale Biancopecora di Massimo e Michela, una struttura interamente recuperata con principi di bio edilizia e anti sismica, le viste a perdita d'occhio nella meravigliosa campagna del centro Italia e sui Monti Sibillini. A soli 27 km dal mare di Porto San Giorgio. Gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati utilizzando i vecchi materiali originali della casa con tutti i confort attuali.
