Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

L’Attico Sul Fiume center home

Elegante ed accogliente attico in una posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla centralissima Piazza del Popolo e dai principali punti di interesse della città raggiungibili a piedi. L’appartamento è composto da un luminoso ingresso su soggiorno con cucina a isola due camere da letto entrambe con Tv e bagno, 2 ampie terrazze panoramiche e parcheggio privato. La vasca idromassaggio ha un costo aggiuntivo. Nel caso in cui due ospiti desiderino l’uso di entrambe le camere c’è un supplemento.

Ci troviamo nel sud delle Marche vicino a Fermo e Ascoli Piceno, tra gli ulivi e la vigna biologica del Casale Biancopecora di Massimo e Michela, una struttura interamente recuperata con principi di bio edilizia e anti sismica, le viste a perdita d'occhio nella meravigliosa campagna del centro Italia e sui Monti Sibillini. A soli 27 km dal mare di Porto San Giorgio. Gli appartamenti sono stati ristrutturati utilizzando i vecchi materiali originali della casa con tutti i confort attuali.

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

NIKE WOODS emotion experience

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.
