Appartement parfait, rénové récemment donc impeccable, les literies sont confortables (le lit et le canapé lit), très propre. On pourrait peut-être juste reprocher le manque de luminosité (juste pour ne pas mettre que du positif 😉). Il est parfaitement placé, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. La rue est calme (mais on est quand même en plein centre de Rome 😉). Tomasso est sympathique, réactif et de bons conseils, merci.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

mooi schoon praktisch verblijf. ideale uitvalbasis voor ontdekken van binnenstad van Rome, dicht bij alle toeristische must do. Alessandro reageert snel en adequaat. Top vijfdaagse gehad!

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici e devo dire che è stato tutto impeccabile, a partire dalla cortesia e dalla disponibilità dell'host alle nostre richieste. La casa è veramente accogliente e i bambini sono stati contentissimi di giocare nella tenda posta nella camera. Lo consiglio tantissimo e sicuramente sarà il nostro punto di appoggio anche per il prossimo soggiorno a Roma.
