Sunny two bedroom one bath house on a quiet tree lined street in Mesilla Park. Enjoy this peaceful retreat close to everything. Conveniently located near the Mesilla Plaza, NMSU, and the Convention Center. Refrigerated air set up on the Nest system. The house has internet access. The wood floors, sash windows and front screen porch give this house the character we fell in love with. We've tried to decorate it to feel like home, and provide all the amenities you might need while you're staying.

Pueblo Style home on 1+ Acre with Pool! This charming 4BR/2BA Pueblo Style home features stunning details throughout. Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.

Welcome to Casa de Martiana! This gorgeous casita is located just a few short blocks (about 1/4 mile) from the plaza in Old Mesilla where you will find tons of great restaurants (mostly delicious Mexican food), wineries, bars, unique shopping and fun events. There is a market in the square on Fridays and Sundays with neat jewelry, art and other local treasures. The area is rich in history and culture and has many tales of days when Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett used to wonder the village.

Ocotillo Casita in Historic Mesilla

Mesilla STR Permit #0830 We've renovated 90-year-old historic structures to create sustainable, environmental friendly spaces with rainwater harvesting, solar energy, electric solar-powered car charger. This renovated adobe casita is the 2nd structure after our main house. The 3rd is a smaller vacation rental called Yucca Casita. We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

This unique place has an ambiance all its own. Located a few minute drive from historic old Mesilla and walking distance to a local coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and a pizza restaurant. Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building is fully renovated with stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse, just a few blocks away from the Historic Mesilla Plaza. You'll find unique shops, restaurants, bars, and art markets nearby, offering a delightful experience for all your senses! The mouth-watering scents of Chala's Wood Fired Grill and Spotted Dog Brewery will entice you, as they're just around the corner. You'll also hear the bells from one of the oldest churches in the area and enjoy live music from the neighborhood's restaurants and bars.

Little House with Private Patio and Hot Tub

Our guesthouse is located on historic Highway 28, also known as the Don Juan de Onate Trail, which connects El Paso and Las Cruces. It is one of the area's most scenic routes. You can find breweries, multiple wineries, and the famous Chopes restaurant and bar along the route. The highlight of the 10-mile drive from our little house in San Miguel to historic Mesilla takes you through unique canopies of pecan trees, in the largest pecan-producing county in the nation.

I purchased this beautiful home built circa 1869 all Adobe in May 2019 and I want to share it with you! I am living in this home as one of my primary residences but I’m traveling the world and will make it available so you can also enjoy it. Authentic wood beams “vigas” and “latillas”, original kitchen wood floor, painted cement floors (by the previous artist owner), 3 foot thick adobe interior walls. Just steps to the Mesilla Plaza, shops, restaurants!

The home is comfortable and spacious; great for family trips, honeymoons, or just a fun getaway. There is free guest private parking. Once you stay here you will want to come back; it’s a home away from home.
