Location was great! Not for from main hwy and easy to find. Clean and good price! Great experience. Host was very kind and responsive to our questions and needs. We definitely will use this location again! We had a great respite!

The place is in pristine condition. It’s spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we would need. The host also very thoughtful and prepared bottled water and snacks for us. Highly recommend this!

Beautiful yard with native plants and nice patio! The casa is sparkling clean and has lots of amenities! Everything in Mesilla within walking distance. The hosts are responsive and helpful at all times. 5 Stars!!!!

It was amazing to stay somewhere where you KNEW you were safe. It's a beautiful home and the privacy was so amazing. We loved it and pray we are able to come back to stay again. ❤️ It was very clean and very beautiful. Sheri was very responsive and respectful.

Casita at the Mediterranean Palms Estate

We LOVED our stay and will definitely be visiting again. The house matched the pictures exactly and the house exceeded our expectations. The backyard was so beautiful and the hot tub/ swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. Roxee, the yard dog was so cute and so friendly our little one loved her. The bed was super comfy and the loft upstairs was fun for our daughter. We felt safe and at home. Thank you for having us !

Jessica’s house is fabulous. Just as pictured. Nice location. Clear instructions for everything, including hot tub…and it was hot, soothing, and beautifully private. Very easy to find everything we needed like the remotes in each room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to visiting again. Loved seeing the stars at night.

We had a great stay and it was perfect for a quick getaway to Las Cruces! The back yard was perfect for our dog and the house was very spacious with a large primary bedroom.

Phenomenal Host! Excellent communication, quick to respond, kind, friendly, understanding and so very accommodating. This home was perfect for our family’s holiday vacation. The house was great. Close to everything we needed, quiet, clean, and simple. I really appreciated that the host didn’t leave a laundry list of to-do items when checking out. That was the first stay in a while that really accommodated me as a guest and I really appreciated that. Would stay there every time we travel to Las Cruces to visit family.

Historic and Contemporary in heart of Old Mesilla

My husband and I were spending part of our honeymoon at Nate's place. This is one of the most beautiful and special accommodations I ever stayed at, it's really unique. I fell in love with it the moment we arrived there. Nate has such an eye for detail. I'm so amazed and I've been raving about it ever since! Also the location is perfect for walking around the charming town of Mesilla.

We were in Las Cruces with my dad as he had a surgery. The house was very convenient for us as it was only a couple of streets from the hospital. Also Jose was super nice and accommodating in anything we needed. We appreciated his quick response and the house was perfect for us to get back in the evening and get some rest. I highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay. The house had great interior space with beautiful landscaping and views. Kitchen was decently equipped, bathroom was spacious, and decor was cheery. The house was obviously a commercial property previously, but after the initial curiosity, it didn’t affect our stay.
