Es bietet sich ein freier Blick auf den See und die Berge von Balkon, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus. Zur Anlage gehört ein Außenpool ( nicht beheizt) idyllisch am Felsen gelegen mit einer Liegewiese. Der Standort für Ausflüge ist ideal zwischen Melide und Morcote gelegen und nur 8km von Lugano entfernt.
