Ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο ισόγειο, δίχωρο σπίτι 45 m2, μέρος ενός παλιού πέτρινου κτίσματος στο κέντρο του χωριού, δροσερό, διακοσμημένο με ιδιαίτερο στυλ και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ανοίγοντας την πόρτα βρίσκεστε απευθείας σε μια όμορφη αυλή που διαθέτει κήπο με λουλούδια και μπαξέ με μυρωδικά και λαχανικά, την οποία μοιράζεται με το στούντιο Linio 2 του επάνω ορόφου.

A comfortable small house in front of the sea, in one of the most beautiful locations in the first leg of Chalkidiki. Fully furnished and equipped, it offers to the visitor relaxing and peaceful days. The house has a double bed bedroom, a WC and a room which combines a kitchen and a living room completed by a special corner with a king size bed. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden with a view of the sea in which there is another house located with the same architectural tradition.
