There is no mobile connectivity apart from BSNL. The last 300 meters is a mud and stone road, it could get bumpy.

Pets are allowed if they are well behaved and the owners can take responsibility of them not damaging in the house - the furniture, plants etc. There are people who visit the house to clean the permises, pick coconuts, vegetables.
