The Barn

The village has three excellent pubs plus a cafe which sells fresh bread and croissant. A supermarket, post office and chemist all within walking distance. The South Hams are probably the best place to live in Devon with fantastic beaches and local towns. Dartmoor is spectacular and 20 minutes drive away. The area has many activities to participate in such as walking the coastal path, cycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing and much more. Plymouth and Exeter are all a short drive away.

Collaton Farm is steeped in history, it has been the site of a Manor house, then a Dairy Farm, now dwellings. The Linhay is a converted agricultural building. It is perfect for a couple or small family to stay, with or without a dog.
