Welcome to "Cabin on Swede Hill". Our family has farmed this land since 1871. My great grandparents, Swan and Johanna Johnson immigrated to America in the 1860's, found this land which was similar to Sweden. They raised their family here. Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

With the calm waters of Bass Lake just steps away, you may never want to leave this 3-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental! With an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and just a short walk away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect place to host your trip to Bass Lake. Spend your days enjoying the beach and other close attractions before heading back to cozy up by the fire pit (wood not provided). There is another bookable vacation rental on-site -- other renters may be downstairs.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

Saint Rayburn's Place

Our space is in a small but fantastic town, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Rensselaer's unique art scene is renowned; check out over two dozen murals that grace our revitalized downtown. Play disc golf at Brookside Park-we have discs for guests' use! Our listing fee is what it is-no separate "cleaning fee." We'll always leave you with homebaked goodies, & make sure there are farm fresh eggs in the fridge. When you're ready to relax, head to Saint Rayburn's Place.

Charming Country Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. "Barn" turned into a guesthouse on 4 acres of owners residential property where you will enjoy peace and quiet, take a walk on trails through 2 acres of woods, take a short drive to Lake Michigan or the Indiana Dunes National Park or just sit inside at an electric fireplace. We are located 5.9 miles (approximately 12 minutes) from the Dunes National Park. Second STR available on same property that also sleeps 5 people if you have a group!

Tiny Home on Organic Veggie Farm

Place yourself right in the beauty of the land and nature in this cozy tiny home at Perkins' Good Earth Farm. The tiny home has a loft bedroom, bathroom with shower and composting toilet, kitchen, sitting area, and deck. You'll be surrounded by organic vegetable fields, 11 acres of woods, walking trails--and within perfect view of both the sunrise and sunset. You'll also have easy access to our farm store where you'll find fresh fruits & veggies, homemade soups & salads and so much more.

Private Cottage in Gated Nudist Community

We offer a private cottage on the grounds of Lake O the Woods Club. Cottage has Queen size bed, air conditioning, heater, refrigerator, microwave, TV, coffee maker, work/dining area, private deck and porta-potty. Payment of club daily grounds fee ($30-$60) is optional . Pricing on club website. There is no running water in the cottage. Bathrooms, showers, hot tub, sauna and swimming pool are available at the clubhouse and pool area after payment of grounds fees.

The Loft at Virgie

You don't have to be born in a barn to vacation in one. Trade in the city for millions of stars in the night sky! As you enter thru the French doors you will be greeted by an open concept room decorated with a barn/industrial motif. Knotty pine car-siding and galvanized steel, wood floors along with a reclining leather couch and love seat fill the room A full kitchen with granite counter tops await you. There is plenty of natural lighting for the evenings.

The Rock House in Delphi - Rock Solid. Charm.

The historic Rock House is full of the character and charm of a classically-styled bungalow — window seats, a rock fireplace, and artfully designed living areas. Furnished for comfort, certain to charm. Guests can enjoy relaxing with cocktails, cooking in a fully furnished kitchen, or using a tandem bike to explore the neighborhood. Fido is welcome too.
