A beautifully finished first floor flat boasting spectacular sea and country views. Perfect for romantic get aways and walking trips, located just a few minutes walk from the South West coastal path and two sandy beaches. A super-king size bed, sea-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen and log burning stove will ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car.

Secluded location in the village of Mawnan Smith, the studio offers the perfect base to explore by foot the Helford River, its nearby subtropical gardens and award winning beaches.This new, well insulated studio offers a delightful and tranquil outlook into the garden. It includes a comfortable double sofa bed with its own ensuite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin. there is free on street parking on the road and 2 min walk up the tarmac footpath to the house, 5 min walk to pub.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, this is a very private coastal detached house standing in its own grounds of about 2 acres running down to the coast, with spectacular views across Falmouth Bay to Rosemullion Head. With plenty of off road parking the 3 bedroom accommodation has ample space to relax with a large conservatory, living room with wood burner, sun room and kitchen/diner. The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Little Bosvethan is a spacious, well proportioned, two-bedroom apartment located above the main house, Bosvethan and set in a peaceful location in open countryside. The location is just a ten minute walk to the beautiful village of Mawnan Smith and a footpath leads you to the popular sandy Maenporth beach and further scenic coastal walks. You'll find some stunning walks, gardens and places to eat or visit within easy reach and there's everything you need if you want to cook for yourselves.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Walking distance to miles of coast path walks and beaches such as Maenporth, Durgan, Grebe, Porth Saxon plus many more. 5 minutes drive from the famous Ferry boat Inn and Helford river. Half a mile walk to two of Cornwall's greatest gardens, Trebah and Glendurgan. Three miles from Falmouth town centre and the university.

Relax with your family at this traditional fisherman's cottage. Enjoy the cosy atmosphere under our beamed ceilings and infront of the beautiful log burner. Make the most of the sunshine in the established cottage garden comprising 2 decking areas, bbq and dining facilities. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double room and 1 twin, each equipped with television. Ground floor bathroom comprises bath with shower over. Please note there are low beamed ceilings in the lounge area.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
