Facilities include, ensuite double bedroom with kingsize bed, living room with log burner and a well equipped kitchen, leading out to a private courtyard. We are 6 miles from the cathedral city of Ripon, Fountains Abbey and the market town of Masham and located in a popular walking and cycling area.

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.
