An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

The flat is very nice with beautiful sea views from the kitchen/diner/lounge. It felt so homely with everything you would need starting from pots, pans, cutlery down to the coffee machine provided with Costa coffee capsules. Beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night sleep. Nice, beautiful park nearby and the Scarborough centre just a short drive away. I would recommend this place for sure if you’re going to visit North Yorkshire! Thank you!

We were very pleased with the apartment and the service provided to us. The apartment was clean, quiet and on a lovely location and view of Peasholm Park. We felt that some of the pictures on the apartment on the Airbnb site didn’t quite do it justice. The communications from our host were always timely and gave exactly the information needed. We will look to book the apartment again when we next visit Scarborough again (probably next year, now).

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Value for money. Pristine. Fantastic hamper - very kind. Decorated for Christmas- lovely touch. Would love to return and stay as our son is at York University for another 2 years. So peaceful. Lovely accessibility to green spaces. Thank you very much Ellie 💖

This was our third at Sally’s place and we continue to enjoy it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a weekend away, perfect for small children and young families. We will be back again, I am sure!

Lovely apartment, comfortable and well equipped with everything you'd need. The cherry on the cake was the view from the lounge window. We could have spent hours watching the sands, surfers, silver sea with white horses and the dog walkers. So relaxing, just the spot for a couple of quiet days with our greyhound. He loved it!

Would highly recommend this house, near to some lovely places, ate in the local pub, went to Middleham Open Day and visited some super racing yards, visited family and another fab visit to Monk Park Farm where the grandsons loved meeting all the animals!! We will definite be back!!

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

Had a lovely stay in Ripon. The house was just as described, very clean and in a great location, within easy walking distance of the market square, and also for walks along the river. We had no problems parking - only once having to park around the corner rather than outside the property. Would recommend.

We stayed here for a few days and it was really good. Great accommodation and beautifully presented. Fab location in a busy town with lots of pubs and eating places. Fantastic for walking on the nearby North Yorkshire Moors. We will definitely visit again in the future.

We stayed at the house as an extended family for 4 nights for our daughters wedding in the area. It's an absolutely beautiful place and perfect for holidays , celebrations , gatherings or a base for an extended stay. The house is great, the garden amazing , outside space to socialise and eat is super and it's peaceful with beautiful views. We will hopefully come back again it's an absolute gold gem!

We were staying up there for my Sons wedding , then we stayed on a little over Christmas to see the children . The Ubers are amazing and I just downloaded the app ‘Uber eats ‘ as well and they can do a shop for you from the Coop ,Sainsbury’s and Tesco and more . Uber travel was very good and reasonable . Area of house is great for Newcastle , Durham or Bernard castle area . Rooms are a good size , beds comfortable. Walking for elderly parents was nice and they increased their fitness immensely , as the fresh air has helped them along with the trips to the countryside which is all around . Very Clean throughout . Comfy sofa and large chair. Great for a family . Garden is enclosed and very safe . Rachel has been a very kind host , and fast to respond to any querys , I would recommend the area and the home , the locals are friendly and there’s a Tesco express which has a bit of everything , in walking distance . Warm and welcoming, banister on stairs plenty of cupboards . A*

Beautiful cottage that was decorated to a really high spec. Perfect location for a visit to Durham uni. If my son decides Durham is for him we would definitely stay again

Barry and Sue are the perfect hosts, providing a warm personal welcome to this beautiful, stylish and immaculate apartment. An extremely well equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge/ dining area and comfortable beds make it a real “ home from home’ - one we would definitely return to if we were visiting the area in the future. Barry and Sue have gone the extra mile to provide information, maps and suggestions so that you can make the most of every minute! The communal gardens with stunning views is the perfect spot to unwind. Centrally located with a short walk to all amenities and tourist attractions with covered private parking was a real bonus. We would recommend without hesitation: the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. Fully agree with previous reviews.

We love this place. We’ve been before and will definitely be back. The cottage itself is beautiful and quiet, exactly what we needed. It is very handy, in walking distance from several cafes, pubs and restaurants. Rachel is very responsive and helpful. Lovely touches of bread, butter, milk and marmalade, on arrival.

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. I would highly recommend

This is the second time i have stayed here, the flat was spotlessly clean on both occasions, the location is great and the views are superb, the flat is fully equipped with everything I needed and the secure off street parking is a fantastic added extra. Will certainly be staying again.

Beautiful clean high quality cottage, perfect for 2 people, greeted by John and Lyndsey, such friendly hosts without being intrusive. Very welcoming to receive a some vital items on arrival like wine, milk, bread, butter, jam and more. Fabulous location in a quiet village, can only hear the birds tweeting. Perfect for walking right on the cinder track. Two pubs within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning there some day in the future. Great flat and location! The local area was lovely, nice walks, pub opposite and shop next door. The flat was an ideal location for exploring neighbouring towns and walking areas. The flat was exactly as described on the listing and Chris’ communication throughout the stay was great

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
