Wonderful stay and convenient to everything for visiting our family for the holidays. It’s a lovely home and we’ve already booked for next year!

Absolutely peace parades. Away from the hustle and bulse of city life. Beautiful, swimmable, fishable large pond with a few paddle boats and row boat plus life jackets for adults and children. Nice, Full Length covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxation while watching the Humming Birds feed from the feeders. They have thought of everything. Inside nice and clean and they even provide Wi-Fi access as well as a laptop for your use. All the cooking gadgets, utensils and cookware needed for anyone working the kitchen plus cooking items like Fish Fry powder, flour, condiments for just about anything 2 coffee makers (single cup Kureg and 12 cup drip both with either Kureg coffee cups or regular ground coffee and filters.) There is just Sooo much that can be said and Rodger N mary went Above and Beyond what you'd experience in most any place you can think of. I forgot to mention the FARM FRESH EGGS they provide. 5 STARS - BIG 3 THUMBS UP. We'll be back!!!

This stay was my wife and her friends for a mom getaway weekend. Everything was clean and as pictured. The house was super comfortable and had everything needed. Each lady had their own room/bed and they were all very comfortable. The only complaint, which isn't the home owners fault, was the water pressure. The shower in the upstairs really struggled but then main floor was fine. Again, not a big deal. Our host was super helpful and responded quickly. We were 5 minutes or less from some delicious restaurants and a small grocery store, which was helpful! We definitely recommend if you're looking for a cozy, quiet place to unwind.

Great place! Natalie was super responsive and helped us out when we were in a last minute pinch to find a place to stay. House was adorable and very clean. She even provided snacks! I’d be happy to stay again.

Toni is a wonderful host and the house was perfect for our weekend in Marietta. The fenced backyard was a bonus for kids and the dog and the kitchen is well supplied. We enjoyed walking across the street for dinner on the river and the young grandchildren enjoyed watching for barges going up and down the Ohio. We never had an issue finding on-street parking on the side street - there is no dedicated driveway. Anyone with mobility issues would find this location challenging but for us it was just fine. Fond memories of Easter egg hunt outside and due to chilly weather, inside as well.

The location was the best part. We enjoyed being out of town but still close enough to enjoy Marietta and Parkersburg. The house also accommodated our large family.

Hazel's "Downtown Townhouse" was exactly as described on Airbnb and exactly how the photos portrayed it to be, very comfortable and CLEAN!!! We loved our short stay and would stay again on our next trip to Parkersburg. My husband liked that 7-11 is within walking distance. I loved the basket of water and goodies with popcorn and chocolate left, which we used for a movie night in. Thank you Hazel for being such a gracious host. Cindy & Paul

The decor is so cute! I loved this place, it felt cozy, and the layout was comfortable. The backyard was my favorite, it was so beautifully decorated.

Staci was very accommodating and pleasant! This home away from home was very clean, perfectly furnished, well stocked, and conveniently located.

This is the second time my son and I have stayed; Teresa has been extremely flexible and accommodating. When we come back again, we will make it a point to stay if the unit is available. I highly recommend her place.

Fun decor, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and smelled so clean and fresh. Host cares about details: snacks, bottled water, toiletries, coffee and delicious pasties. She made checkout so easy and didn’t expect you to strip the bed, take out the trash, or whatever other silly things people expect sometimes. Simply turn off lights and put key back! Thank you for that 😊 I’ve had some stressful checkouts in the past.

Syd was so considerate as to meet us with an umbrella because it was raining when we arrived! She is truly a delight and a great host. Her space is homey and welcoming. We would love to stay again :)

After arriving at another Airbnb that wasn't as listed, we were on the hunt for another one. We saw Nathan's listing, contacted him and reserved his place. He waited for us to arrive, got us in and showed us around. He even offered to help with our luggage. Nathan couldn't be more friendly and helpful. His listing was as advertised. It was extremely clean, well stocked and overall very homey. We will be going back. Thanks Nathan.

we once again had a great experience all around. we have stayed here before and it's just perfect! the location is amazing its so close to everything Parkersburg has to offer.

I rally enjoyed my time at this Airbnb, it was very comfortable. It was great being right on the river and being able to watch all the boats come through. I highly recommend and would stay again.

What a beautiful place! The one bedroom was so spacious and we really enjoyed the deck. The bed comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Great location: walk to dinner at the BBQ place just up the road or walk/drive into town. Wonderful to relax or enjoy the local neighborhood. Would be back!
