Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Urlaub auf der Sonnenseite des Kärntner Rosentales. Kleine aber feine Ferienunterkunft mit separatem Eingang für 2 Personen. Die Ausstattung umfasst eine Küche, Schlafzimmer, Dusche, WC, Terrasse und einen schönen Garten. Die Tourismusregion Wörthersee- Rosental bietet zahlreiche kulturelle und sportliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, der Drau-Radweg. Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung (50m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Wander- und Schiberg Gerlitzen. Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Room Gabrijel with four seasons outdoor kitchen

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Studio Brunko Bled

This apartmant is on the middle floor , it consists of a kitchen with bedroom and a bathroom (studio) . House is located in one of the best area in Bled, just a few minutes from Lake Bled and city center. You live alone in the apartment and its not shared with other guests. Guests can use a shared washing mashine in the house. We offer a self check in option , if your arrival time is unkown or out of check in hours. Guests need to pay turist tax upon arrival (3,13e )

Ferienwohnung Rosenbach am Fuße der Karawanken.

Old house in the middle of the Karawanken Mountains, with historic furnitures will invite you to spend quite and relaxing holidays. This location is nearly the old border train station Rosenbach. Faakersee or Velden/Wörthersee only 12 km from here. A lot of famous mountain hiking tours start direkt here. All public transports direkt in front of the door.

Lakefront Bled – Unit 5 (Central, 50m Bus) 5/8

Our place is on superior location next to the lake and 50 meters from the bus station. Tourist offices and restaurants are also a few meters away. Ferienwohnung Techelweg - Nähe Hafnersee

Meine Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich und bietet genug Platz für 5 Personen. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles drin, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Den wunderschönen Hafnersee kann man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen! Zum Keutschacher See und Wörthersee sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.

Clay Cottage with Lake View

The brand new cottage is located in a peaceful area, 10 min walk from the lake Bled (swimming area). It has been made with natural materials such as wood and clay which makes it a comfortable and a healthy stay. There are free scotters available for you to use. Parking is free in front of the house.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im ersten Stock unseres Hauses nahe des Zentrums von Velden (5 min. Gehzeit zum See und in den Ort). Sie haben das ganze Stockwerk für sich alleine. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und mit Koch- Basics wie Bio- Kaffee, Tee, Nudeln, Sugo, Öl, und Gewürzen versehen.
