Appartement impeccable, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces. Tout est neuf, très beau et situé dans un quartier calme. Les hôtes sont très gentils et toujours disponibles. Une excellente expérience, je recommande vivement !

Wir durften tolle und entspannte Tage in Civitanova Marche verbringen und es hat uns allen gefallen. Wir waren 6 Personen in der Wohnung und sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, sie war perfekt und bot sehr viel Platz. Zu Fuss sind Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Zentrum wie auch der Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar, so dass man während des Aufenthalts nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Der Kontakt zu Elia von WeHostYou war super und sehr unkompliziert. Das Check-in wie auch Check-out ging einfach und sehr flexibel - Bedingung dazu ist eine zusätzliche Registrierung auf der WeHostYou-Seite mit Hochladen von Pass- oder ID-Kopien und allen Personalangaben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, in dem es Nachbarn gibt, die Wert darauf legen, dass der Eingangsbereich möglichst sauber gehalten wird.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und mit dem privaten Pool außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt in der Altstadt umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir würden hier direkt wieder buchen.

Il plus assoluto riscontrato per l'appartamento è stata la sua posizione. A due passi dalla spiaggia, con supermercato raggiungibile a piedi. Terrazza che da sul mare, dove mangiare e rilassarsi. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il corso principale di Porto Recanati. A meno che non si vogliano fare escursioni, ci si può scordare della macchina. Noemi ospite pronta, gentile, prodiga di consigli e sempre disponibile: si vede la sua esperienza in termini di ospitalità. Per me una "superhost"! La casa è "allestita" in modo completo: ho trovato tutto ciò che occorre per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità. Un'esperienza decisamente positiva!

everything went well. Angela was always there when we needed her. The problem we had is we are 82 years old and don't get around as good as someone younger. I would suggest her apartment to other people. It has a great view as advertised.

Je suis ravie du séjour passé dans cet appartement spacieux, confortable avec balcon et garage privatif et j'ai adoré son look vintage. Georgio et sa compagne ont été chaleureux accueillants et disponible L'appartement reçoit une note de 20 sur 20 La géolocalisation est parfaite entre la plage et la ville historique, et pour le coté pratique un Lidl à 800 mètres Bonne localisation mais malheureusement incontournablement lié à nuisances sonores (train et touristes bruyants à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit) Le bilan reste pour moi positif et j'y retournerai avec plaisir

Abbiamo trascorso delle giornate molto piacevoli e ci siamo trovati proprio bene nell'appartamento che è accogliente, ben attrezzato e spazioso. foto e descrizione corrispondono alla realtà. Davide molto gentile e reattivo. La posizione è perfetta per conoscere questa bellissima area dell'Italia, che è un mix perfetto di arte e natura. Assolutamente consigliato!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Captainstower. Rosetta kom og bød os velkommen på den aftalte tid, introducerede os til huset og Sirolo. Under opholdet hvor vejret var blevet lidt koldere, blev vi kontaktet af Rosetta, der ville fortælle os hvor vi fandt tæpper og dyner hvis vi havde brug for det. Meget omsorgsfuldt. Huset er pænt og meget rent, der er gode senge og hvad der behøves for en god ferie. Sirolo, huset og Rosetta kan vi varmt anbefale.

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Miejsce z bliskim dostępem do piekarni, przystanku autobusowego i wejścia na plażę. Apartament czysty, przestronny z łatwym zameldowaniem. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Polecam :)

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Thank you, Leandro! Nice stay. Not very far from the main beaches, also like 30 min by bus from Ancona. The place is very clean and just in the centre. 5 min from everything: cafes, a supermarket, 20 min from portonovo. Sirolo is a nice cozy village, with lots of stuff going on during summer, like a local art and craft market, evening dance in the park, concerts, etc. Lovely place to stay. I highly recommend. PS there is a slight problem with the internet. But it's everywhere in Le Marche region. I guess because of the mountains or whatever. But it was not a problem for us. It was vacation, after all :)

L'appartement est très bien situé et très agréable. En dehors de la cohue. La taille est parfaite pour y passer un séjour agréable de plusieurs jours. Tout est neuf et bien propre. Et Gian Marco très disponible. J'ai également apprécié les instructions claires en ce qui concerne le fonctionnement de l'appartement. Un grand merci.

Francesco è un host estremamente attento e professionale, ci siamo trovati bene con lui e l'appartamento è fantastico. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura.

l'appartamento è una vera chicca,arredato con gusto, a noi è piaciuto davvero molto. letti comodissimi ( per noi era una cosa essenziale). si sta benissimo, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. un plus il terrazzo, spazioso per cenare fuori e con due bei lettini da spiaggia per prendere il sole. i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. il mare è a pochi minuti di camminata, pulito e con sabbia finissima. è stata una vacanza rigenerante.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Tutto molto bene. Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro breve soggiorno invernale a Porto Sant'. Elpidio. Consigliamo l'appartamento a chiunque dovesse soggiornare in questa località.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Sehr schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großartigen Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, in der wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen durften. Andrea ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber der immer sehr gut erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft voll und ganz und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Tutto perfetto, la casa è meravigliosa, il terrazzo spettacolare! Dalle foto la casa sembra bella ma vi assicuro che dal vivo supera le aspettative! Sono rimasta stupita per la cura dei dettagli, non manca nulla, ed è tutto pensato per far trovare all’ospite ogni confort! Per noi che viaggiamo in moto trovare già la casa fornita di praticamente tutto e’ davvero molto comodo. Trovare caffè vino e acqua , sono delle attenzioni veramente notevoli e non così scontate da trovare. Tutto stra consigliato! Arrivederci!
