Set in the garden of our home with private garden for guest to use. Access through gate to woodland and Lytham. kitchen with microwave, toaster,kettle,fridge two ring hob, coffee machine. Bedroom with double bed,door to garden. Shower room with heated towel rail, sink and toilet. Lounge with TV and dinning table and sofas. Lovely outside seating area with woodland views. Electric car charger at extra cost. We have the best available broadband connection however can be affected by weather.

A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx

Our 2-bedroom 6-berth caravan is a perfect getaway on the beautiful Fylde coast. 1 Double bedroom with ensuite toilet + separate shower room. 1 twin room and double bed settee. Travel cot avail. Promising to be a peaceful haven, You can visit all the lovely places the Fylde coast offers – Lytham, St Annes on Sea, and Blackpool. Lytham is packed with plenty of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy. There is plenty to do for the family along Granny’s Bay and St Annes promenade.

Relax in this calm, stylish house which provides a perfect base to explore Lytham and further afield. Enjoy the many shops, bars and restaurants the town has to offer within a 10 mins walk. Visit the green, lake, seaside, historic hall and many beautiful gardens. With three spacious bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom there is plenty of space for all.

This house is perfect for healthcare and hospital staff looking for somewhere to stay while working at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. Everything is provided and there is an outdoor space to enjoy too. The house is not suitable for large groups and these types of bookings will not be accepted.
