The cottage offers a beach-house feel with contemporary interior with a king size bedroom and en-suite shower room, light and bright living space, well equipped kitchen, sun room and small outside decked area.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.
