This one bedroom apartment is centrally located, a perfect base from which to enjoy the bars and restaurants of the town as well as explore the stunning beaches of Newquay. The harbour and town beaches are a 5 minute stroll whilst a 15 minute walk will get you to Fistral beach. The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

We are located between Lusty Glaze & Tolcarne beach, both just 5 minutes walk away. With towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf, lovely bars, restaurants & panoramic sunsets. You can park right outside with a small outdoor area (not enclosed)to seat and chill on the sunny days. ready to use for strictly two people over the age of 21,pets- either couples or two friends sharing. If you would like flowers, balloons or gifts arranged -we can arrange for you:) in a lovely quiet area - close enough to walk into Newquay to visit some great restaurants.
