Modernes, ruhiges, neu renoviertes Tessiner Haus im pittoresken Ortskern von Torricella mit wunderschöner Aussicht ins Tal. Das Haus eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für ruhesuchende Induvidualreisende oder Paare. In einer Gehminute ist ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz zu finden. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Torricella sehr gut erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 200 m Entfernung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im unteren Teil des Dorfes.

Rustico auf idyllischer Waldlichtung

Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Veranda fronte lago

Luminoso e ampio appartamento adatto a coppie, famiglie e gruppi di amici che cercano un po’ di relax per una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. Goditi un aperitivo in compagnia nella spaziosa veranda con zona lounge e un’ampia vista mozzafiato sul lago. Apprezza la calda atmosfera del camino acceso nelle sere più fredde guardando un bel film. Svegliati con i colori dell'alba che riscaldano il soggiorno. E approfitta di un bel tuffo in piscina nelle calde giornate d'estate.

This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Casa "La Pianca" Hot Pot, Wellness.

La casa è stata ristrutturata con amore per i dettagli, gli ambienti risultano caldi ed accoglienti. Arrivando nel vostro giardino privato rimarrete senza parole dalla vista mozzafiato che domina il panorama. Cademario è il posto ideale per rilassarvi immersi nella natura, si possono raggiungere diversi sentieri. Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!
