At La Finestra Dipinta, we welcome you to a charming three-story house in Cademario. A terrace with a barbecue and a breathtaking view over the entire Lugano region! Spacious attic, kitchen with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, and 2 additional hobby rooms. Parking included, located 200 m from the house. The tourist tax of 2 CHF per person per night is not included. Situato nel cuore del piccolo caratteristico paese di Gandria, sorge uno dei primi alloggi per i forestieri del secolo scorso. Il luminoso e ampio appartamento di circa 80 mq è adatto a coppie e famiglie che cercano un po’ di relax e una pausa dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni. L’appartamento si trova di fronte al lago e gode di un’ampia vista mozzafiato a 180° da poter apprezzare affacciandosi dalla grande, luminosa e accogliente terrazza mentre si assapora una buona cena in compagnia.

Vom Wohn- & Schlafzimmer mit Balkon geniesst du die atemberaubende Aussicht über Berge und See. Direkt zu deinen Füssen liegt der Lago di Lugano mit zauberhafter Seepromenade. Entspanne dich auch im gemeinsam genutzen Pool vor der Wohnung (von Mai bis Oktober benutzbar und beheizt). Wir freuen uns dein Gastgeber zu sein!

Casa Berlinda, das allein stehende Rustico an Südlage auf einem großen Wald- und Wiesen-Grundstück sorgt durch die reizvolle Kombination aus rustikalen Elementen mit modernem Komfort (alle Räume Bodenheizung, Dusch-Bad und Küche) für Behaglichkeit und Wohlbefinden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Du erreichst es in ca. 7 Gehmin. bergauf vom privaten Parkplatz oder zu Fuss vom öffentlichen Parkplatz in Canedo aus in ca. 15 Min. auf einem ebenen Weg. Es gibt keine direkte Autozufahrt.

Interiors are decorated by Serena Maisto, a popular local artist whose masterpieces can also be purchased. All furnitures are vintage, honoring our commitment to sustainability.

Charming Loft on Gandria's lake

In the heart of the stunning Gandria's village, the place is ideally suited for an incomparable romantic stay. Designed halfway between modern and rustic, it offers a full immersion into Gandria, and is right on the edge of its lake. The latter can be seen from any point in the house thanks to many bright apertures, and in particular a geniously designed bay window dominating the kitchen, connecting the loft with its terrace and its incredible view across furthest Porlezza mountains.

Sonniges Tessinerhaus mit grossem Garten in Arogno

Sonnig gelegenes Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert frisch renoviert mit grossem Garten am Dorfrand von Arogno. Arogno liegt südexponiert, durch einen Hügelzug abgeschirmt von Lärm von Autobahn- und Zugverkehr und ist doch nah davon und 10 Autominuten vom See und Bahnhof entfernt. Das Haus eignet sich insbesondere für Entspannung im Grünen, Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Kultur- und Badeferien im Tessin. Am See hat es unzählige Badeplätze. In Rovio ein Wasserfall mit Badebecken.

Sonnige Terrasse und Lounge zum Luganer See

Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.

La Ticinella, piccolo rustico ticinese a Albonago

La Ticinella è un piccolo rustico ticinese che offre la possibilità di trascorrere delle piacevoli giornate nella bella Lugano. La casa è composta da due piccole camere da letto, la prima con un letto ad una piazza e mezza (140-200) al piano superiore mentre la seconda offre un letto a castello con due posti singoli al piano inferiore. Al piano superiore si trova anche la rustica cucina provvista di tutto il necessario, il soggiorno con camino, il bagno e un balconcino.
