2006 erstellte 3,5 Zimmer-Loftwohnung für 4 Personen in unabhängigem Hausteil. Das Haus liegt im alten Dorfkern von Guasti. Ruhig gelegen, privater Platz direkt vor dem Haus, verkehrsfrei. Großes Wohnzimmer, Kamin, Sofaecke, moderne Wohnküche. Galerie mit Sofa + TV. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschtisch. 2 WC. Mitbenützung von Pool in unserem Nachbarhaus. Motorboot 8PS, führerscheinfrei zur Benutzung in Magliaso. Ping-Pong, Tischfussball, Grill.

Zentralheizung. Internetanschluss, WLAN und TV. Sehr ruhige Hanglage am Monte Brè mit freier Sicht über den Luganersee und das Südtessin. Grosse Dachterrasse, mehrere Gartenbereiche, Pergola, Schattenplätze, kleines Steinplantschbecken. Privatparkplatz (genügend Platz für 2 Autos) oberhalb des Hauses.

Ferienwohnung - Cà Ratin mit Seeblick

Es ist eine kleine aber sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Der Schlafraum wird mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt, dafür hat man von der Terrasse aus eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung wird Ihnen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten! Bei mir ist es so, dass jeder Gast am Ende der Ferien, die Wohnung selber reinigt und schön sauber hinterlässt, vielen Dank! Leider gibt es in San Nazzaro kein Lebensmittelgeschäft mehr!

Appartamento di 70 mq (3 locali) in centro città, al pianterreno di una casa di inizio '900 con giardino. A 5 minuti dalla stazione dei treni, a 40 m dalla fermata del bus e a 2 minuti a piedi dal lago. L'appartamento ha due camere con un letto matrimoniale in una e due letti singoli nell'altra. In una delle due camere c'è un'uscita su un terrazzino che dà sul giardino, con un grande tavolo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata. Il bagno è con doccia e bidet.
