Der sehr große Balkon (ca. 3x7m) mit Westausrichtung hat einen hohen Freizeit-und Erholungswert, besonders am Abend. Unser Haus liegt idyllisch im Randgebiet eines gepflegten Lübbener Vororts. Lübben als Tor zum Ober- und Unterspreewald ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in beide Regionen. Der Gurkenradweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Als Hosts stehen wir euch mit dbzgl. Tipps gern zur Seite.

Im gemütlichen Kingsize Bett mit Ambilight ist ein erholsammer Schlaf garantiert. Darüber Hinaus bieten eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch/sofa und ein Einzelbett auch Platz für 5 Personen, wenn es mal abenteuerlich sein darf. Eigene Küchenzeile, Bad/Dusche, TV sowie WLAN! Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Abweichungen von der eingestellten Mindestaufenthaltsdauer können über eine Anfrage vereinbart werden. Die Unterkunft ist nicht barrierefrei.
