Logement au calme et a quelques minutes a peine du tramway qui dessert une des places centrales de la ville. Bien équipé, propre et confortable ! Bien qu étant excentré du centre ville historique, c'est très agréable de regagner le calme après une journée dans Rome. De plus le quartier de Trastevere est un vrai coup de coeur. Gros point positif du logement : les deux pièces ayant chacune une salle de bain. Cela permet d'avoir chacun son espace si,comme nous vous venez a 4! Merci Mannicci!

illaria was a pefect host. Very responsive and was there to receive into the house when we arrived. She showed us around and told us the best use of public transport to visit the tourist places. She was kind enough to even give us complimentary coffee at the nearby Bistro. She was a perfect host and the place suited perfectly to our family needs. There was a supermarket next to the place which was very convenient and a park for my daughter to play nearby. Will definitely recommend for any tourist wanting to visit Rome.

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, je mets 5 étoiles car je ne peux pas mettre plus! Nous avons adoré l’appartement, la véranda et le jardin. L’appartement est moderne et dispose de toutes les commodités, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Bonne communication avec Alessandro qui a été arrangeant, serviable et réactif. Les instructions données pour l’accès autonome à l’appartement étaient claires et faciles. On s’y sent en sécurité car l’appartement est dans une résidence fermée et tranquille. Il y a un parking en face et des bons restaurants pas loin. L’endroit est un petit havre de paix à proximité du centre de Rome. Je recommande vivement, et je reviendrai!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza di Pasqua in famiglia (io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini di 2 e 8 anni). L’appartamento, appena ristrutturato, è accogliente, caldo e profuma di legno. Dotato di tutti i comfort, con cucina attrezzata e letti comodissimi, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il giardino è ampio e curato, perfetto per rilassarsi mentre i bambini giocano. Il cane di famiglia, educato e dolcissimo, ha fatto compagnia ai nostri figli per ore: si sono divertiti tantissimo a giocare a palla insieme! Una menzione speciale va a Stefano e Stefania, i proprietari: gentili, disponibili e sempre attenti, ci hanno accolti con calore e ospitalità. È raro trovare un posto così autentico, dove sentirsi davvero in famiglia. Una Pasqua indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca tranquillità, natura e un’accoglienza sincera.
