La casa del bosco

Sono una casa di pietra antica di 150 mq. disposta su tre piani: al piano terra cucina e sala da pranzo; al 1° piano, camera matrimoniale e 1 bagno; al 3° piano open space con divano matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Ho un bel prato a tua disposizione attrezzato con barbecue, tavoli, sedie e sdraio. Il riscaldamento è garantito da tre potenti stufe a legna (compresa nel prezzo).Animali accettati con gioia! La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. Su prenotazione dispone di servizio di prima colazione, pranzo e cena, oltre a boat-renting e taxi boat limousine.

La baita si trova in una posizione unicamente isolata ma facilmente raggiungibile, un equilibrio raro che regala privacy assoluta senza rinunciare alla comodità. Intorno, solo il bosco, il profumo della resina e una vista mozzafiato che si apre sulle montagne come un quadro che cambia con le stagioni. Punto di partenza per escursioni in montagna o raggiungere le piste da sci di Foppolo, Piani di Bobbio o Piazzatorre. Vicino a San Pellegrino Terme ed alle sue terme, potrete avere un sconto del 10% sull’ingresso. In paese troverete negozi, bar e ristorante. Nelle vicinanze anche un laghetto.

The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
