Private studio with a view! Close to Nyon.

Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Salon cuisine avec 2 plaques électriques, four, frigo, micro-ondes, cafetière Senseo, TV, accès WIFI. La chambre est composée d'un lit 140 pour 2 personnes, armoire-penderie et la salle de bain. Animaux non-admis. Au calme dans un lotissement, idéalement situé pour le ski de fond, les randonnées, trail, VTT en montagne-Centre du village à 5 min à pied Lac des Rousses à 10 min en voitures.

With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. FREE CHARGING for electric cars in the underground parking facility!

Hi there, thanks for checking out our little chalet in the woods :) If you like nature, this is the place to be. Spot wild dear, go skiing, hiking, take our snowshoes on an adventure, or simply come and relax in our wood powered hot-tub. The chalet is cozy and modern, open plan with a nice fire to sit by. It's ideal for 2, but 4 people can also fit. With 2 outside terraces you can have breakfast and dinner in the sun.

Very close to bus stop "Bassins Tillette" with 20 min journey to Gland train station. The closest ski resorts are St-Cergues (15 mins) and La Dole (30 min).

Great location for a person or couple wishing to explore the surroundings by foot, bike, skis or snowshoes. Close to Lake Geneva (15 minutes to Gland or Rolle), Nyon, Geneva, and Lausanne, as well as the UNESCO-heritage site terraced vineyards of Lavaux. Free parking.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquil. C’est un endroit parfait pour marcher et faire du vtt l’été, du ski nordique et raquettes de neiges l’hiver mais aussi pour visiter les villages et villes autour du lac Leman. L’appartement est situé à deux minutes de la gare. La clinique de Genolier est à deux arrêts et Nyon est à 35 minutes en train.
