The apartment is located along the sea, between the Paseo Marítimo promenade and the Paseo de Neptuno gardens and is very well communicated with the center of the city whether by bus, metro, or taxi, available within just a few meters. The apartment is modern, has plenty of natural light, spacious, fully-equipped, and is located in the middle of the wide variety of food options and recreation areas, near outstanding restaurants where you can savor the Valencian paella, seafood paella, and tapas. The beach has an EU awarded Blue Flag and the Yacht Club is 100 meters away.

Rotes Appartement direkt am Meer

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

El apartamento se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, desde donde se puede llegar al aeropuerto de Valencia y al centro de la ciudad mediante línea directa. Located on the most emblematic and commercial street of Cabanyal (Poblados Maritimos), just a 5-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the tram stop that connects to the city center and the airport. A rental agreement is required, the minimum stay is 11 days, and we comply with the urban rental law, ideal for digital nomads and workers.

Alegre y tranquilo apartamento a 10 minutos caminando de la playa, muy bien comunicado con metro , tranvía, tren Estación del Cabañal y autobuses que te llevarán a cualquier parte de la ciudad en trayectos cortos. Muy bien acondicionado y surtiso en el Barrio de moda del Cabañal. Cerca de.todo tipo de comercios, tiendas de alimentación, Mercado del Cabañal , Restaurantes ......... cerca de todo y alejado del tráfico y bullicio!

Modern apartment 200m from the beach

Renovated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom apartment with a modern, fresh and cosy décor to accommodate 6 people. The neighborhood is quiet but all the amenities are very close by including transport, beach, restaurants and night clubs. City center is approximately 20-25 minutes, Ciudad de las Artes 15 mins by bus depending on traffic. These locations are a quick taxi ride and are very inexpensive in Valencia.
