This nice completely private Tiny house is located in the middle of "het Gooi" and within walking distance of the station (Bussum-Zuid). Forest and heathland within a few minutes' walk. Ideal location in relation to the historic cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht, with car or train connection (within 30 min.). Bussum is also a fantastic location for the city tripper and business traveller. It is close to Hilversum Media Park, beautiful nature and "around the corner" the fortified city of Naarden.

Comfi boshuis met spectaculair uitzicht rondom

Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin dichtbij. In 25 minuten met de auto zit je in het centrum van Amsterdam. Met openbaar vervoer (3 minuten lopen) ongeveer een uur . De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.

Dit luxe en ruimtelijke appartement heeft echt alles wat u nodig heeft! Het appartement is volledig privé met eigen ingang, woonkamer, badkamer, slaapkamer en keuken. Binnen 15 minuten bent u met de trein in hartje Amsterdam. Maar ook als u voor zaken in het Gooi moet zijn bent u hier aan het goede adres; wij liggen centraal en zo'n 5 minuten van het Mediapark of het Arena park in Hilversum. ook de Keukenhof, Utrecht en Rotterdam zijn door de centrale ligging goed bereikbaar.

Cosy studio near city center, woods and Amsterdam

Very cosy studio with living room, kitchen, bathroom and High Sleeper. (Small and steep ladder). We have used vintage, antique and pre-used items for a special atmosphere and Mother Nature. A lot of privacy, close to forest, lakes and fields. Also close to city center of Hilversum. The road can be busy during rush hour! Amsterdam and Utrecht within 20 train minutes. You will enjoy yourself with long walks in a beautiful area or shop, eat & drink in Hilversum.

Heerlijk verblijven in een ontspannen, warm , vakantie huis, volledig prive gelegen, in de rust van de Eempolder. Charmwood bevindt zich in de polder tussen de boerderijen. Voor het huis aan de dijk begint een beschermd vogel broedgebied waar het heerlijk wandelen is. Vooral in de vroege ochtend of aan het einde van de dag is het genieten van de meest waanzinnige zonsop-of ondergangen.

Double king size electric box spring (not yet in photo), bunk bed and spacious sofa to rest on after your trip or to sleep on. 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and Utrecht. Schiphol 30 minutes. 55 inch TV with Netflix, Disney plus, TED TV, etc. (not yet in the photos.)

Gratis parkeren op 50 meter van het huis. Flexibele tijden voor aankomst en vertrek. Welkom met potje honing van de eigen bijenstand!
