Casa está genial y en una zona muy buena para desconectar y hacer rutas por la montaña. Me gusto mucho seguro que repetiremos.

Andy est un hôte très réactif, nous avons eu un problème avec une ventilation le dimanche de notre arrivée nous avons constaté Andy et il à fait intervenir le jour même le réparateur un dimanche.. merci andy. la villa est superbe et la région aussi nous avons passé de très belles vacances je recommande vivement cette location encore merci Andy pour la facilité d'échange que nous avons pu avoir.Tres belle vacances.

Pase un fin de semana con mi pareja y nos encantó la casa, muy tranquila y a parte pillamos justo las fiestas del pueblo y bajamos a verlas, una maravilla de pueblo, super bonito a parte hay un río precioso en el que hay patos y muchos sitios que visitar cerca del pueblo, unos ríos en los que te puedes bañar y muy bonitos.

Stayed at this place for two weeks and it was great. It has two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, even a bathtub. The area is very quiet, nice garden. The railway station is 15 minutes on foot. Jose was extremely helpful and replied our messages any time. Overall, recommended!

Ubicación muy buena, zona tranquila y genial para poder pasear y relajarte. Jorge fue extremadamente amable y dispuesto, nos había encendido la estufa antes de llegar para que la casa cogiera temperatura porque hacía frío. Las camas cómodas, con ropa de cama, mantas, edredones y todo muy limpio. La zona del paellero es maravillosa y la pudimos disfrutar a pesar de la lluvia al estar cubierta. Se nota que es una vivienda muy cuidada y con mucho interés de que estés cómoda y puedas disfrutar de la estancia. Muchas gracias por todo

Die Wohnung ist ein wirklicher Tipp. Sie hat viel Licht von Osten und Westen, ist also immer hell, aber mittags nicht heiß. Ggf. gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer (2 einzelne und eines ist vom Wohnzimmer durch eine Schiebetür abtrennbar. Es gibt viele Handtücher, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand und bis Valencia (18km). Die 4 km nach Perelló sind wir oft am Strand gegangen. (Tipp: Dort hatten Sonntagmorgens die Geschäfte geöffnet.) Zur Bushaltestelle 2 min, Bus fährt nach Valencia und Perelló. Parkplatz im Hof im Schatten. Elena und ihr Mann haben uns in der Wohnung erwartet, die Kommunikation war immer nett und sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

appartement très propre et bien agencé. A 15 min de Valence, calme et 5 min à pied de la plage. Pas de problème pour se garer. un très bon compromis entre ville et plage / calme. A choisir toutefois si on est en voiture, pour rejoindre les lieux de restauration ou supermarchés. en ce qui nous concerne, à 4 et en voiture, c était parfait !

Apartamento limpio, buena ubicacion. Paco es muy majo y se preocupo de cada detalle. Terraza grande y azotea grande. Estuvimos con la perra y fue genial. Tiene todo el menaje de cocina. La playa esta a 2 minutos desde que sales del piso. Hay buen aparcamiento para el coche.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Arleta. Die Wohnung ist reichlich ausgestattet, hat eine vernünftige Größe und ist schön gelegen. Vom Balkon hat man einen guten Blick auf den Strand und das Meer und man findet in der Wohnung alles vor um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sei es in der Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer. Es muss einem jedoch bewusst sein, dass man etwas außerhalb der Stadt gelegen ist. Wenn einem die Zeit nichts ausmacht kann jedoch auf einen Bus zurückgreifen oder am Strand entlang die ~25min bis zur nächsten Tramstation schlendern. Arleta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und dabei auch proaktiv. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Super séjour entre amis, très bonne communication avec l’hôte, très sympathique et accueillant . L’appartement était conforme à la description . Je recommande totalement ! Merci !

Cuca is a wonderful and helpful host. she supported throughout our stay during Valencia marathon and even came out on the course to cheer us up. Will definitely come back to her lovely place to visit the beautiful surroundings or run the marathon again

Impeccably clean and brand new, the ground floor flat was perfect…. and was even better than the beautiful photos. The equipment was also all brand-new and when we had a technical problem with the coffee machine, Lorena immediately found a quick solution to replace it. I had not originally planned to stay longer than just 1 night (accompanying my elderly parents) but it wasn’t a problem to stay the full 3 nights, sleeping on the comfortable couch bed. Lorena & her husband were the perfect hosts and had great dining recommendations. It would be a true pleasure to stay again as the immense beach (located in the nature reserve) was literally 3 minutes away as was the large private swimming pool (for residents only). Neighbors are friendly, respectful and discreet and you feel in total security. An added bonus was the incredible 360deg view from the 11th floor of the building! Thank you Lorena!

We, Peter, Alin and me, liked the location of Masia San Juan: away from the busy city centre, surrounded by lovely kaki fields. Here we were able to relax after running the marathon. Yet, we were able to reach all destinations in about half an hour (by rental car as the nearby underground didn’t run after the flood catastrophy). The overall charm of the historical building is so impressive that we did not really miss some more kitchen utensils. Arturo was a perfect host: from the mail communication to his recommendations. We would especially like to thank him for the organization of a gala dinner with Geoffrey Campo and his team. We were witnesses of all fish prepared on the outdoor barbeque grill of the house. This tasty event was the climax of our five-day-stay in Valencia!

La casa y las instalaciones no podían ser más perfectas, tenía todo lo necesario para nosotros y para los niños. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Baños completos, con jabón, toallas, papel higiénico, todo dejado al detalle. La piscina y la barbacoa, junto con la zona chill out fue maravilloso, los niños y los adultos disfrutamos al máximo de todo, lo único que añadiría es una nevera en la zona piscina, para tener más capacidad y para tener más comodidad al estar disfrutando de la piscina. A la cocina le añadiría un lavavajillas para más comodidad. Y los anfitriones han sido súper amables y cercanos, estando disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda volveremos!!!!! Gracias!!!!

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Alojamiento super recomendable, perfecto para unos días de relax. La casa es fantástica. A destacar la calefacción que hace que estés a una temperatura ideal pese al frío que haga fuera. Además los dueños muy simpáticos y agradables. Fue una experiencia genial.

Casa bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia tranquila, cómoda, agradable, refrescante... tanto en familia como con amigas en grupo, como era nuestro caso. Los dueños muy atentos y súper flexibles tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Una terraza y espacio espectacular para disfrutar de barbacoas o paellas y el remate la piscina, sencilla pero suficiente para disfrutar varias personas y refrescarse. Repetiríamos sin duda.
