Parcheggio lungo termine convenzionato Un eccellente servizio navetta da e per i terminal dell'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa, completamente gratuito, renderà semplice l'organizzazione del check in e check out dei nostri ospiti. Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Elegant two room apartment in a historic renovated villa overlooking the city, 1,5 km from the center of Como, with a spectacular view of the lake and the city The apartment is located on a hillside, just 15 minutes from the center. The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished. The entrance leads to the small kitchen, the bathroom with shower, then you reach the living room area with a comfortable sofa bed. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Renovated in Scandinavian style, it has a spacious open-plan area (living, dining, kitchen), three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one is 0.80 sqm), a balcony, and a large terrace. "... se non son matti, non li vogliamo...". Ci troviamo in una via remota e tranquilla della Frazione Mombello di Laveno, a 3 Km dal lago, ma lo dominiamo dalla collina con una bellissima vista. L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

Miniappartamento con camera, bagno, living e angolo cucina, con fantastica vista panoramica, immersa nella campagna ma a pochi minuti dal centro città. Ideale per amanti della natura, famiglie, sportivi. Da tenere in considerazione che per raggiungere la cascina e godere della vista e della tranquillità della campagna è necessario affrontare una strada sterrata e a tratti stretta.
