We have a child that attends the Academy and purchased this home because it was so hard to find a place to stay in Culver. We wanted a beautiful place to stay and decided we would rent it out to others so they would be able to find a wonderful place to stay.

Restaurants and shops nearby. Academy is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Internet included; 50amp fast-charging EV charger for small fee.
