Great fishing spot with included kayaks and seasonal pontoon boat to explore on the lake. Our gas fireplace on the deck provides amazing memories and relaxation. Gas grill, outdoor furniture, clean space to swim between docks, and so on! Wifi, streaming networks, and board games provided in home! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

"SERENITY COTTAGE" A private lake front home on the north shore of Lake of the Woods. 35 min. to Notre Dame and 19 min. to Amish country, Nappanee, IN. This charming three bedroom home in a quiet setting is the perfect place to catch some much needed R & R with family & friends. Park you boat at our private pier or just enjoy observing the wildlife, sunsets, etc. Observe the grace of great blue herons, mama ducks with their ducklings, and you may catch a glimpse of a bald eagle!

Guesthouse Suites is the ideal home base for the Village At Winona, Grace College and biking / walking trails. Relax on our balcony that overlooks Spring Fountain Park. Explore village shops and restaurants, Miller Sunset Pavilion/ Farmers Market in summer or Ice skating rink in winter, Winona Lake Park and Splash pad, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, paved Heritage Trail for walking or biking, and challenging mountain bike trails.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.
