Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Brand-new one-bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished with private terrace. Close to amenities and public transport. Ideally located between Berlin and Potsdam. Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Kino, Bioladen, Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Möbel, Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen sind neu. Der großzügige Wohn/Essbereich ist offen gestaltet und kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich abgetrennt. Es gibt ein grosses neues Doppelbett und ein Sofa zum Schlafen.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

Two-Bedroom Apartment with Free Pool Access

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Enjoy your stay in our quiet, conveniently located Berlin apartment with high ceilings and plenty of charm. You’ll have three spacious rooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a modern bathroom—also ideal for longer winter stays in a warm and inviting atmosphere. One bedroom is set up as a dedicated workspace for remote work, with the option to add a second separate workstation. A home cinema provides the perfect setting for relaxing evenings.

Bungalow, ruhig gelegen zw. Berlin und Potsdam

Zwischen Berlin und Potsdam liegt das kleine, einfache Bungalow-Häuschen, direkt neben unserem Wohnhaus auf einem großen Grundstück. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG.
