Great place and a great host! It was spotless, everything was new and working great. Very close to the center of Necujam. Host was extremely friendly and supportive.

ogólnie bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. lokalizacja dobra, blisko sklepy, wychodek dla psów. w mieszkaniu niczego mi nie brakowało. począwszy od podstawowych niezbędnych rzeczy po żelazko, suszarkę, pralkę, piekarnik i zmywarkę. ładne plaże w okolicy, piaszczysta w Omiš i kamienista( jak dla mnie ładniejsza) w Duče. darmowy parking w strefie zone 2 oplacony przez wlasciciela mieszkania.komunikacja z wynajmującym bardzo dobra. Pani Antonia bardzo pomocna i miła. jak najbardziej polecam. czułam się jak w domu.blisko supermarket Studenac, Tommy, na dole sklep mięsny i 2 bary ana przeciwko piekarnia

Appartement très confortable, avec une excellente literie. Très bon accueil avec une corbeille de fruits, des alcools, des chocolats, du lait, du beurre, du pain, bref de quoi tenir pour la soirée du dimanche alors que tout était fermé! Une magnifique cafetière très agréable! La terrasse est très agréable. Il y a un supermarché, une pharmacie et une boulangerie tout près. Manquait juste un grille-pain et quelques couverts. Appartement très bien placé pour les visites.

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

Alles ist wie auf den Fotos, das Apartment ist sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Host ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns viel geholfen. Zu Fuß ist aber (zumindest in der Nebensaison) kaum etwas erreichbar, ich würde einen Besuch also nur mit dem Auto empfehlen.

Urlaub wie bei Freunden! Biljana und Ivan waren unglaublich tolle, liebenswerte Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und den perfekten Urlaubsort noch perfekter gemacht! Nikša hat uns im Vorfeld sehr gute Tipps gegeben und durch seine hervorragende Kommunikation die Anreise erleichtert. Wahnsinnig toller Urlaub im Paradies. Auch unseren Kindern hat es hervorragend gefallen und Ivan und Biljana haben sie in ihr Herz geschlossen. Es war toll und wir hoffen wieder kommen zu dürfen!!!! 5 Sterne Urlaub 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Danke für alles !!!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig, praktisch mit der Waschmaschine und die Klimaanlage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Man kann gut verweilen und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Kommunikation mit Ivica und seiner Familie war sehr angenehm.

Ivan and Maja’s villa was beautiful, sleek and modern and we had a fantastic week staying there as a family of 10. We especially loved the pool area and watching the sunsets from the terrace. Primošten is a beautiful town, we enjoyed spending time on the beach and visiting the restaurants and it was only a 10 minute drive from the villa and easy to arrange a taxi for 10 people (we used Mario’s). We also tried the traditional restaurant in the village which was a great experience and the peka was delicious. Ivan and Maja were wonderful hosts and arranged for water, milk and coffee to be available in the villa as we were arriving late at night. There was also a lovely welcome tray in the villa when we arrived. They were very responsive and made an effort to visit us during our stay which we appreciated.
