Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

This quiet scenic river retreat is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Knoxville. Our less travelled backroads offer routes to UT (7mi), the Old City (5mi) Downtown (6mi). The cottage with its private driveway boasts over 1,000 square feet. The ground floor features: kitchen, dining, sitting area, deluxe bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.

The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

This charming, renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage sits hidden away from the hustle and bustle just 3.5 miles off the main highway in Townsend. Nestled against a quiet forest and babbling creek, it’s the perfect escape while still close enough to dine out, shop, tube Little River and access everything the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer. With room for up to 6 guests, Creekside Cottage is perfect for small groups or couples seeking a quiet getaway.

North Cove Cottage

Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.

The Green Door Cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. We strive to provide a clean and fun place to make your home during your vacation! There is plenty of room to accommodate 6 to 8 people, with a master bedroom with bathroom attached, and 2 other bedrooms that share a bath and a half. The most amazing part of our cottage is outside. There is a back porch with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and even a 9 hole Disc Golf course!
