A lovely place to spend Easter with my family consisting of three generations. Four adults, 2 kids (aged 6 & 2) and two dogs. The house was as described and clean on arrival. Very close to the beach (max 5 minute walk) and the coastal path was safe to let the dogs run off their leads. Had a fab time at Farmer Parr's petting farm which was approx a 10 minute drive away. Sunday was good weather so a long beach walk was enjoyed by the "elders" whilst the young ones had a play day on the beach. The kitchen had everything you need to cook up a storm including a full on Easter dinner. Would we return? If we want to re-visit Fleetwood then yes, but we like to try different places. This place ticked all the boxes for my lovely family break :-) Thank you Jaqui.

Absolutely spotless, so clean and tidy. Lots of extra bedding, blankets and sheets. The caravan smelt so lovely and was very well equipt with lots of plates, glasses, cutlery and everything we needed!! There were 2 adults and 6 children and we had lots of space! Diane was a great host and we cant wait to stay again!

We stayed here for about 6 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. The house is well equipped for 2-3 people and has every necessary equipment for a long stay. The beach is also very walkable and also there’s a tesco express close to the place. Would recommend this place to others if you’re visiting Blackpool!

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Blackpool. The location by the sea was perfect, and we were lucky with the weather! The space was cosy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — the kitchen was well-stocked so we could cook a meal, which made it feel like a home away from home. I was in Blackpool for a hospital on-call, and staying somewhere so thoughtful and comfortable made a stressful weekend much more relaxing. The little touches like a welcome basket with teas, coffees, and useful extras really made a difference. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in Blackpool — highly recommend!

A beautiful apartment, ideal for our family of three to visit Morecambe Bay for a weekend. Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy throughout, lovely beach view. Easy to access and great communication from the hosts - there was a small problem with the TV and Alex was on hand to sort it immediately.

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

Bill and Karen are a lovely couple and made us feel very welcome. This is a very homely and comfortable place and all worked perfectly for us.

The Hy Lytham St Anne’s apartment was lovely, it was easy to find, check in was smooth , and the apartment itself was modern and spacious. The location was great just a short walk to the beach front & centre where the shops, supermarkets, cafe’s and restaurants were. We found a cute cafe in the park opposite the apartment called The Pavilion and it was a really nice breakfast. The pool facilities were a highlight for us, you are able to book a 1 hour slot and use the sauna, pool and hot tub. Which we really enjoyed and it felt private not too busy or noisy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely break this Easter bank holiday. The communication was excellent. The caravan was well equipped, clean and well located to haven’s amenities. Children enjoyed the board games. Weather was warm enough to sit out briefly on last day. Outdoor furniture made this a pleasant experience. As a family we’d happily return to explore the area further.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

what a great air b&b . clean and tidy . we had an issue which was our right within hours. everything was explained in the texts we sent and received . can't rave to much about van, sie ,area and host. what a sea view.

Excellent host. Very good property with Tesco, Co op stores near by. Indian and Chinese restaurants within walkable distance.. New property, can't ask for more. Host was very kind to give extra time during checkout. Highly recommended property.

We had a great time at this property with family members ranging from 2-88 years old. The house is typical Blackpool quirky, some dampness in areas and a bit creaky but this didnt alter our expereince. plenty wee extras such as toilet roll, crisps, loaf and even butter! Choice of board games and some books. My MIL would have been happier if there was a teapot so if this is important to you bring one. Overall fab weekend in great accomodatiom, good location for us and plenty of space. Thanks Mitchell!

Hana was a great host, very responsive to arrange a check-in time and overall super kind! One of our friends hurt their knee on the hiking trip we did beforehand and she provided us with icepack and extra pillows to help the injury. The view is gorgeous and the beach is so close by that it really is a great location.

Great place to stay in St Anne's, apartment was very comfortable, bright and clean, looks like the photos listed. Very easy to walk to town, train station and the beach, would definitely recommend!

Myself and my cousin had the most enjoyable stay. The hosts Danny & Deborah made us feel really welcome, and were very friendly. The lodge was clean, and tastefully furnished, and set in beautiful grounds, and had everything we needed. We stayed from Thursday 27th March 2025 - Saturday 29th March, and was furtunate enough to be blessed with wall to wall sunshine, so was able to take advantage of the beautiful weather. We would definitely come back, and recommend this accomodation to family and friends. Many thanks Steve & Bob from Torquay
