Charmante Innenstadtwohnung

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum, zwei Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone, und hat direkter Anbindung an den öffentlicher Verkehr bzw. eine nahe gelegene Apotheke und ein Einkaufszentrum. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Minuten zum Wörthersee. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen den hellen Räumen lieben. Sie liegt im Zentrum der Stadt und hat freundlichen Nachbarn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist inkludiert.

Neues City Center Piano Appartement mit Netflix

Dieses einzigartige Piano Appartement befindet sich zentral in der Klagenfurter Innenstadt, ist aber durch seine Innenhof-Lage trotzdem äußerst ruhig. Es wurde bis Mai 2022 komplett renoviert und ist technisch auf dem neuesten Stand. Es ist am Besten geeignet für Paare, kann aber auch für kleine Familien mit 2 Kindern perfekt genützt werden. Du wolltest schon immer Klavier spielen lernen? Im Piano Appartement findest du ein neues Klavier der Marke Yamaha, dass zum Ausprobieren einlädt.

The flat is renovated and furnished in a luxury style. Hence the flat is in the inner city (next to Messe), you can reach all locations by feet. (bars,restaurants, hospital, malls). The university and the wörthersee can be reached by public transportation within a couple of minutes. On the sunny balcony, you can enjoy here and have a look at the mountains. The 35 sm are splitted onto a bathroom, a kitchen, a floor, and a sleeping/living room with a big bed.

Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.

Uni - See - Nah

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, der Wörthersee. Mobilität ist vielfältig möglich, der Fahrradweg führt an der Wohnung vorbei. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Apotheke... ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde gerade restauriert und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Sie wartet auf Sie!
