Chapel House is a delightful two bed (King & Double), two bathroom maisonette with stunning views of the water from all rooms. The sunny balcony has far-reaching estuary views. Kingswear opposite Dartmouth is peaceful, gets afternoon sun, has its own amenities & just a short walk from Dartmouth. The Double has a stone tiled ensuite & King has a large ensuite with vaulted ceiling, bath, shower & Utility. Parking is in the nearby Marina. No pets or young kids. Please bring your own towels.

Watch the boats and steam trains from the juliette balcony or take the five minute ferry across to Dartmouth. Kingswear is a charming character village with some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

Creek Haven is a fantastic base for a holiday in Kingswear. Offering immaculate contemporary accommodation, guests can enjoy stunning views from the roof terrace alongside spacious living areas and a coveted parking space. Dartmouth ferry can be accessed in 10 minutes by foot and the pubs and cafes are even closer. The SW Coast Path comes through Kingswear as does the steam train & beaches are only 15 mins drive away. Return to the house to see the sun setting over Dartmouth!

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Especially mid week and out of season bookings.

Christmas Place, Kingswear

The property is arranged on 3 floors and has superb views from all rear windows to Dartmouth and Waterhead Creek. A parking space in the marina is included. For peak holiday periods only whole week bookings are considered in advance unless there is still availability a month prior to the start date. We welcome families up to six and for other groups we host a maximum of four people.
